Ross on the Red

I don't know of many reds being overturned.

I sometimes think it's better just to serve the ban rather than have it extended.
It won't get extended, people have been massively mistaken about that because of the Michael Turner sending off v Man City (was it Turner?)

I find this a really weird situation. Our manager, their manager, their fans and the TV pundits are all saying it wasn’t a red. It seems the only people vehemently and adamantly insisting it was a definite red are Sunderland fans.

I’m sure it should be the other way round.
What, a 'folk on the SMB find it impossible to admit they're wrong' shocker. It's always been that way. Same folk who find it impossible to say sorry too.
It wasn't a red when I first saw it, wasn't a red in the first streamable slow motion clip and is certainly not a red in the second different angle one.

The blokes on EFL on Quest in agreement with our gaffer.

The Walsall manager says he’d appeal if it was his player.

It’s never a red.

Those on here utterly convinced it is need to give their heads a shake.

It’s like they need a hate figure, Honeyman is playing well, so Power’s now it.

Maja seems to be getting a bit stick now as well.

JR is right to back MP in public. He is also sending the message to the squad that we need to remain aggressive. The challenge of the red card to the FA may well be about the bigger message to his players than this one incident. There are 3 ways to build a culture and JR is using this as an opportunity to use 2 of the main levers.
1: What the boss says in public has more impact than anything else.
2: Choices and Decisions that send messages in the conversations of the team is the second.
JR probably knows he will lose the challenge but sees bigger benefits in the long term.
He gets it absolutely right as far as I can see.

Debatable
Crap last week and wasn't particularly good yesterday. His work rate is immense mind

Anyone else the thread title was the first in a series with Jack Ross discussing his favourite wine?
