Not really Jack. Just play players in their correct positions, a formation they’re familiar with and a little bit of attacking football and you’ll do just fine.

The words of a frustrated man because his genius idea for three at the back hasn’t worked and he’ll clearly have to revert to four at the back.

Hardly.

People are just questioning what he’s doing, been working on a tactic that didn’t look to be working in pre season. Embarrassing for him really. Just looks like he’s out of ideas of the squad when they rock up and play that bad as they have done. He can’t hide away from that.

Surely when they looked at recruitment over the summer they looked at and targeted players that could play in the system that he wanted to play?

Otherwise what are we doing on the recruitment side of things. If they’re not doing that then does Jack Ross even get a say on who comes in?
 
He's probably referring to the clamour to play 2 up front and now go back to the 451 and he's right but then we're fans who always think we know what to do after the game has finished however he's the manager and it's his job to do what he thinks is right.


He is right though, fans always second guess managers it happens everywhere.
 
How long until he starts playing a sweeper system you reckon? One of the few things he hasnt tried as hes hoping to stumble upon something that works.
 
Don't all teams have a number of fans that think they know more than the manager?
It is unfortunate for him that he has come to a club which has had a succession of failing managers.
Does he ever explain why he uses certain tactics?
