I have been critical of Ross in the past but can't blame him for last night IMHO.

Players were to blame...Mcheady is a class above but a woeful penalty and wykes miss when clean through.

We had the chances...players need to look at themselves last night.

That’s not what I’m saying. The focus on that end of the pitch will naturally cause us to drop deeper and take a defensive mindset. If you can control games on the ball and cause problems at the other end the clean sheets will look after themselves. Right now we’re inviting teams at us because we’re sitting trying to protect a lead and we haven’t got the players to do it hence the myriad of 1-1s

Sometimes you have to defend a one goal lead - we just don’t have the right strategy as ours involves being too close to our own box
