RR Roker Roundup: Bryan Oviedo confirms that his Sunderland career is set to end

A year left on his contract, high wages? I doubt we could get much.

I'd rather he stayed, but I guess financially the club can't afford him. We do need another decent left back though and there aren't that many around.

I'm expecting a young loanee in at left back to cover the loss.
Why has it taken until the end of July? He could have been released the day after the play-off final, found himself a club and be integrated into their plans for the start of the coming season.

It was probably all agreed then. Only announced now as he was due back Thursday gone.

Played in the gold cup then been on holiday so really not that late for him.
