I can’t imagine he’ll be too willing to answer many of these questions, especially ones in which he exposes his tactics further.

Do hope that JR finds the right system, and we finally come good. Wimbledon had better chances than us on Saturday and they’re bottom.
Well his tactics are getting exposed anyway so he may as well disclose some of his strange set ups.

Sounds like we will be lucky to stay up this season judging by the questions.

How about, Jack you inherited a shit storm following three incompetent managers, a squad full of players who were either shyte demotivated or didn’t want to be here, how have you Managed within 6 months of being here to get us into a position as to where we are one of the favourites for promotion.
Good point, very good point

These are all tactical but after listening to SD podcast I'm just as interested in the footballing decisions in regards to transfers.

Like knowing we'd lost Sinclair and were looking like losing Maja what was the thinking in letting Nelson go to Dundee?

Who are the next couple of young players we should be watching out for and who are we trying to get loans organised for?

Is the Checkatrade Trophy being viewed as a distraction or a good chance to get a trophy, albeit a less prestigious one?

Is it not worth sending Bali and benji out on loan gaining experience playing against men seeing as there are many playersabove them in the pecking order?

Was there any bids for players this January other than maja and Oviedo?

Not so much a question. But I always used to manage Kilmarnock on footie manager and James Fowler was always main figure in my team. Ask him what’s his favourite game ever while at Killie?

Is it possible for any Manager to assess how they're going to change a club over the mid to long term when the average job term is so short?

Could it be argued that Managers actively stifle a club's long term progress due to demands of getting instant results, so they keep their job? Meaning the system is set up to fail.

Can managers suffer from a lack of motivation when things are not working well short term and the worst thing that could happen is leaving with a payoff?

What would be his plan to have the club in the Premiership in the next five years and be financially self-sustaining?

How involved with transfers is he? Does long term planning go into them or because we are hoping to be promoted render that too complicated?

Is he happy with the current structure of the scouting network? Does he believe that British players are primarily needed at Sunderland? What improvements if any would he recommend in this area? What are his thoughts on Brentford's set up?

How involved with the academy is he and does he see himself being integral with its running?

He has spoken about being financially responsible due to wanting to be at the club for more than a year or two, how does he balance this with supporters who get fed up with boring football even when only losing two games all season?

honeyman has done well..we stopped winning when he was injured..he came back saturday and we won..with him playing very well espe ially in the first half..honeyman scored afew last year as well..
We created frig all whilst he was on mind. Let's not pretend that Honeyman was a deciding factor in the win on Saturday.

you mentioned that you had a good relationship with maja, is it true he just packed all his stuff and told you he was never coming back?

We've managed to bag an hour or so with Jack Ross and James Fowler tomorrow, and from my perspective it's a chance for us fans to get to know the pair away from the pitch and the press.

Have you got any questions that you'd like us to ask? Reply here and we'll do our best to get everything covered.
Given his particular interest in coaching I'm curious what he makes of the idea that everyone needs coaching badges and whether that may be responsible for making the game a bit more homogenised than it used to be.

People talk about the stadium atmosphere, but we've won twice as many league games at home than away. Are they (owners, management, players) happy with the atmosphere? If not, do they have any thoughts as to how it might be improved, bearing in mind the symbiotic relationship that exists between a team & its supporters?

Do you think it would be wise for RR to go all guns blazing in a hard hitting manner?

Do you think that would be appropriate to either our progress or in the spirit of the occasion?
I'm not saying that. Just found it funny that posters think he will get a hard time from them. He won't at all.

He shouldn't get a grilling but there's plenty questions raised on this thread which could be raised but won't be.
