I honestly think it's time to use the squad and freshen things up, the same lads have played week in week out now and I think it will eventually catch up with us and possibly at Oxford if we go another 2 games running with the same personel.
Mind you who would be a manager, changing a team that has just won is a gamble.

Hard one to call. Though I am extremely reluctant and scared to because whenever I predict a win the team loses, I am willing to stick my neck and everything else on the line and say 1-0 to us. Lately we have been playing a bit better than we did 2 or 3 years ago and do seem to have a plan and formation that is effective.
