What a waste of space, I'd understand if it was the edge of a nice field or beach but na, sit on a wooden bench and look at the house opposite . Probably a curtain twitchers house

At first I thought thats very decent for the price , then realised there are 3 apartments on the picture. Could be a decent holiday let but a bit steep pricewise. Should be nearer the £500k imo

I was thinking, how can anywhere that big only have two bedrooms.

For £400k more, you could have had this

Loads of other nice places in the £600k range, but they don't have a sea view. Though with that place in a hole, I'm not sure how much of the sea you will say.

If I had a million to spend on a place in Whitby, I'd not even be taking a casual look at that.
