From sat view on the map, it just off a main road roundabout with an industrial estate across the road, plus point there seem to be an Indian restaurant just over the back fence.

Too right - the size of the screen in the cinema room was actually the first downside I noticed. I think though, if I could afford to buy it, I might manage a screen that`s a tad bigger. If I had enough cash left over.Yes it's a trade off but I think I would like a minii IMAX if I am paying that much for a house
