This was valued at $800,000 last year went on for $1.1 million and she had 5 views on day one with 5 offers the same day and sold for $1.3mill :eek:

Absolute madness how my kids will ever afford to buy a place I have no idea

These are important questions that need to be answered. I will investigate with my mate the neighbour and report back on my findings.

That is what I was thinking, or another bedroom / annex if you add a small kitchen and bathroom. And it still has plenty of garden around it.
