That Cleadon one would have been absolutely amazing in it's day. Kind of modernist architecture and styling. Could do with a bit of a rework but I still like it.

I quite like the house and period bits, but aye, decor is a bit dated (mainly the furniture tbh). If the house is structurally sound it wouldn't cost a massive amount to update. Just a shame it's in Houghton.

Wonder whether the first might be at risk from flooding.
Picture 2 and 29 show it’s right on the river and then a quick check on a map shows it’s positioned after a bend and there’s only around six foot difference in height between the river and the property.
