Given the poky size of the kitchen compared to the other rooms it’s probably just as well. Less for the new owner to pull out before redesigning it.

I think the kitchen shown is in the granny annex. That bit got a tad more finished than the main building.

I just went by the photographs. My first thought was that it must be a utility room, but it has been suggested that it comes from the annex which makes more sense.

Pic 1 and pic 16 don't seem to match, the extension doesn't look that close to the road. When I was at St. Aidans the 1st and 2nd years were next to there, wouldn't fancy living that close to a school.

That's a queer old house. Right next to the Metro line as well.
Gone past it for years and it's always looked a mess but I guess they've finally got it the way they want it. Suspect it will be hard to shift given the price and location.

Oh dear. The downstairs looks as though they got a job lot of furniture from Hartlepool Hospice shop just to fill the space. In contrast, upstairs looks a mile better.

I would be worried about planes landing on the drive with those blue lights.
