I wasn't sure either! £20,000 seems far too cheap but £200,000 seems too expensive!

Looking at other properties recently sold, no.6 went last year for £385,000

Some of the houses on that estate have took a hammering on values from first sold prices. One bought for £170k in 2007 sold for £99k last year

I like that! I love a double fronted house. It is filthy but you can clean anything and that would make a beautiful home.
Looks like it’s been corrected, but £200k still feels high!!

Like this one as well, albeit not 100% sure of the decor. Think it might suffer a little from location. Just off Roker Avenue, with a busy road passing out front and the noise from the Metro and deliveries to two supermarkets.

I drive past that regular and often think, that house in any other location would be amazing. Lovely house, location lets it down slightly.
Lovely views and outside space but the rooms are a little small for the price. That lime green in the kitchen is hideous as well.
