Rightmove Voyeurism

£90k, for a 3-bed semi, 30 years ago is still high?
There was always inflated prices on that stretch of coast but it's expediential now.

Also, a lot of houses in Low Newton were ex-council and they restrictions on what they could be used for i.e. not holiday homes or lets.

This is rather nice if a bit pricey.

I wonder what changes have been made to the photos?

I suspect its an empty house, had a revite but no actual furniture in it.

The Ship is just too popular now.

I remember going there as a teenager and it had a pool table, no food and crappy 1980's beer.

Now, you have to stand in a queue while people order hot chocolate and 4 different types of coffee. Shouldn't be allowed in a pub with such good beer.

All about timing.

Nothing better than spotting a load of arseholes in there who queue in a line for the bar and walking to the bar. Always get served by the world (southern) weary staff.

The Joiners Arms is a disgrace though. A prime example of not giving a shit cos you’re raking it in!

pretty this house has been mentioned on either this or other threads over the years but it's for sale...

Looks like mozzie central, I'm sure someone will love it but the little bastards love me so I'm out.
That and the fact my bank account is several millions short of affording it

they love me anarl... though they tend to stay close to the ground. my ankles and calfs will get bitten but my arms won't (standing up).
that place might be OK as it's elevated, but being surrounded by water in a rain forest doesn't bode well
