Rightmove Voyeurism

Surprise me. Good schools, good access to outdoor space (preferably some water). Good transport links. Nee scratters.

Both canny. Nice areas?

The Lesbury house is in a very nice area. 5 minutes walk from Alnmouth station, two minutes from the river Aln, and a couple of minutes in the car from Alnmouth, with its beach and golf course. The house is worth every penny.

The Alnwick one is OK, right at the top of a newish estate, about 5 minutes walk from the town centre (downhill). The walk back will take a bit longer (uphill). The only real problem would be ice and snow in the winter...the hill can be lethal if it's not gritted.

My choice, if I had another £300k, would be Lesbury.

Went round our work chat earlier -

Note - the union jack rug is 'missing' but the reflection is still in the fireplace =o)

Lovely erm pile of wood in the background.
My guess incidentally is their kid is called William. Still a bit of a weird thing to have on the wall mind.
That kitchen was VERY red.

A new one locally on the market

Check the decor !

Beamish would be jealous !

Lovely looking house and nice location but needs a huge amount of updating. I noticed it was coming up for sale so had a glance at the weekend. Windows probably need changing and render is falling off the chimney.
Great project for someone.

Walked past that many times and wondered what it was like inside. It's like a time capsule.

Would need deep pockets to sort it out.
