We take the hound to that beach every time i am home. Cresswell Ices is always last call before leaving. The dog is a particular fan.
The Gaffer spent her summer holidays there when she was a kid. There are a couple for sale along the road, sadly they are well out of my price range.

Either of these would do us. Not too fussy on which one to be honest, we are easily pleased.
Walking the dog would certainly be less of a chore.
Never tried fishing. Would probably give it a go!

The first one for me. The second one is lovely as well but by god, what have they done to the kitchen?
My preference is the same. That said if i could afford more than a million quid i am sure a new kitchen would be both planned and affordable.... We can dream Wilf!
Better still, as they are next door to oneanother, buy both and build something modern and sexy.

That is awful, the mid east dictator chic is bad enough, but then you have a massive main room with white floor tiles. That looks like cold and empty, yet the kitchen/diner seems overly cramped - poorly laid out from that alone.

All about location i guess. Move it 1 mile inland and it would half in value. That view and ability to walk 20 yards onto a beautiful, and often deserted beach, comes at a heavy premium.
That has been our plan ever since we saw it on Right Move. If you win first i will be happy to buy the other and be neighbours.
What's going on with the top of the TV cabinet? Looks like they've had Herbal in doing the dusting.
I'm going to go against the grain and day I quite like it. Although not sure all that gubbins on the back might make the kitchen a bit dark.
It's a very small house though.
