Very very nice. Only things I object too are the pictures, blokes clothes and the purple window frames in one of the rooms. WTF happened there?

I looked at one about 10 years ago. Put off by the thought of having a bbq/party at the same time a funeral was going on.

My mate was paying close to 4000 dollars a month for a 2 bed apartment in battery Park.

Yeah I went back to some hedge fund dudes apartment after a night out. Overlooked central park just next to mid town. $25m. 2 bed but was high in the building. Not as high a him tbf
