Bit of a project but could be lovely when done, suspect the "useful cellar" will be the tipping point for buyers.
Wow, I know it is auction so £385k is likely the starting price, but for a house that size and ground, that seems like a bargain. I’d love to get that and do it up.
 
This seems a bargain at £450k. But I don't know the area. Is it rough or OK?

Price reflects that it's on a very busy road. It faces the mini roundabout next to Heworth metro and bus station.

Whatever it’s going to cost to do up, double it. It’s a listed building.

Definitely lads, all about our own taste. I can also agree with what you both see, I just do not mind that look with a few tweaks.
 
That's very nice, but feels very cheap. What's the catch?
Nothing is wrong with it just the reputation that area has for having a large traveller community. Plus its also close to the A1 so might be noisy
Dartboard in the lounge and bed in the kitchen.

If that is Freehold I'd say that is a great buy given the location. Could make a very good revenue from it
