Rightmove Voyeurism

I’d love to have some indoor putting practice in my house, this could be the place for me !
This works for this thread (hopefully not seb), truly horrifically bad in my humble one...

Like living in a prison?

The big question is “why?”, it’s in Gateshead ffs.
Anyone know who owns it?

Looks great that. Suspiciously cheap imho.
4wheel drive still necessary out that way I’d imagine.
Is the village pub still open? Rookhope? Ill put good money on Rookhopians havent even heard of it. The map shows a sewage works at the end of the drive which won’t help sell it, as does the satellite which also shows a jcb in the garden and the roof off from when it was done up.
Extremely “dressed” for a NE house. Rocking chair in the middle of the kitchen! Waddya mean do they listen to a leather clad pastel Roberts radio in the aforementioned kitchen? Of course they do, are you daft? Floor sockets in the olde worlds stone floor.
I like it. If I was a southern based miserable old git increasingly at odds with 21st century U.K. who had found his recently enforced hermiting not too bad actually I’d give it serious consideration if they ever fix the weather up there.

Does seem cheap. River right next to it could be the answer

Yep, too ensconced down here in the Kingdom of Surrey to ever go back, but I like to dream (I am retired here now but also an old git!)

They have gone beyond the silver, bright white and grey. Did you not notice the 4 red cushions?

I love the way most of the rooms have no windows and those that do are small with blinds. Colour, no. Outside light, no. I wonder if they limit what food they have to things like white bread and milk. Imagine sausage, peas and ketchup in a house like that. The owner would have a fit.
I’d love to walk around there with a pair of muddy wellies on.
