Funny old place Sandbanks. Prices higher than the French Riviera yet there's little there - other than the coast and other nice houses. Not been for about 11/12 years but there used to just be a couple of cafes and that was it. Poole and Bournemouth are nice enough of course but you would expect michelin starred restaurants and that usually.

yeah, not much there from memory, very small piece of land i suppose so few opportunities to buy. the roads were absolutely rammed for half the year with people queing to get the ferry over to studland.

should sell for an absolute fortune. that building replaced a really good coffee shop/cafe that was there back in the day.

An industrial estate, an academy school, a sewage works and a stadium. Looks like a shit place to live. The blue wall round the pool is to try and hide it.

If I was moving back to the north east, I’d take a serious look at that - and redecorate! The kitchen is great. Islands are fashionable, but we don’t have room. Put one in anyway.

Their sofa looks like it's lost the will to live.

Agree with the oddly angled kitchen island and cramming a huge shower cubicle and free standing bath in so it looks like you'd struggle to get into either is just weird.

Crazy. I know it is no use if you live in London, but you could buy an amazing place in the Lakes and have £4m to live on. I’ll never understand why people get to the level of wealth that could seen them live comfortably for live, but keep going and going, working all hours to pick up even more millions.

At least Rodwell made his millions doing very little.
