Everton tomorrow so a lower than usual calorie day since I won't be training. Prepared as much food as I can for the coach, nuts, bread, fruit and that but before I leave I'm going to have a good 800 calories from 8 weetabix (4 chocolate, 4 normal) and 25g peanuts. 29.4g Protein - 118.6g Carbs - 20.5g Fat.

Aiming for around 2400kcal for the day, 123g Protein - 290g Carbs - 79.6g Fat.
