Just how important is it?
Getting to the gym 4/5 times a week,tend to work out for anywhere between an hour to a hour and half of intensive training...
Diet decent..with supplements..
Always get the guilty feeling on the day's i am not at the gym..but led to believe rest is the most important aspect..Is it?
 


I'll "try" to go to the gym on Mon-Wed and Fri & Sat, I'm also "trying" to stick with the 5:2 diet although I'm struggling to stick to 2 specific days.
 
I train a lot, with a lot of variety though, for me personally I just listen to my body
