Resistance training with partner of opposite sex

Managed to persuade the wife to join the new OneGym when it opens, and realistically we’ll both be able to get there 3 times a week.

But looking for some full body resistance training routines which we can do together.

Anyone train with a the opposite sex and could recommend a decent routine, just build a bit strength and help lose the fat. (Of course we’ll both have to nail a diet too).
