I changed this season and they told me I had to wait till the final day of renewals then to ring on the Monday and they told you what was available where you wanted to be. Sure that lasted 3 days then went on general sale.

I've only done it once, when they first brought out the 25 quid kids tickets. I moved into the family zone from the North stand and got the bairn one.
