Remembrance Sunday -anyone doing anything?

We feel like we ought to get off our bums and go to the service for once. 6.30pm in our town.

What about anyone else? There’s some amazing events on across the country.

My laddie has a footy match 1000-1100 so hoping they will do something at the end to mark it

Remembrance service at our War Memorial, laying of wreaths then attending the service and later at the lighting of The Beacon which is a national tribute to the Battles Over .. ending of WW1.

You shouldn’t feel like that, just a thought of remberance at the right time is all that’s needed. Stay in where it’s warm.

100 years since the end of the "great" war. Bloody unbelievable to think really. My own Great Uncle died over in Ypres at the age of 21 - 60-odd years before I was even born, but I named my son after him.
