Ref tonight

That challenge on Kimpioka was very lucky to get away with a yellow, as was the one on O'Nien.

Hard to tell at the game but just watched the highlights on the sky website and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the disallowed goal. Yeah our player gets in the keepers way but he doesn't foul him. Absolute shite by the ref.

The Keeper just lost the ball as far as I could see.

He got a few decisions wrong, but people were up in arms every time one went against us. The red and white specs were dazzling.

Don't know what it is about league one linesmen just not flagging for blatant fouls on our players  just stand there with their flag down as if nothing happened. Mental

Linesmen should be focusing on offsides, throw ins like, corners and goal kicks. Leave the fouls to the ref.

Wanted to be the star of the show (as have so many that have come up here).
This was summed up by the pass back to our keeper. He brought it back to go straight to the keeper from the throw. Totally needless as just wanted eyes on him

Or perhaps he hadn't blown his whistle so play couldn't restart.

He was just a joke, literally anyone off here would have done a far better joke.

Obviously as we'd have been biased towards Sunderland, which is what people on here expect refs to be like.

It's baffling, every week you read on here they shit!

But people seem incapable of asking themselves why that is?

They watch every week, say refs are shit every week, but can't see what's asboutely staring them in the face.

Anybody with a grain of common sense and logic imo, should be thinking, f***ing hell its impossible in this day and age for refs, with the same tools they had 100 years ago ( just their eyes).

While the game has moved on massively more cheating, faster game, expected to book people more than ever.

It really baffles me wh people are not sympathetic and coming out with things like these guys really need help, the very fact not many on here could name a good ref this season, surely points to the fact how difficult it is?

The whole culture is ridiculous imo, a player cheats and cons the ref, does the cheat the player get criticised?

No the ref does, for not spotting the cheat!

There is nowt like biased passionate football fans for losing all sense of perspective and logic.

Was the same ref away at Oxford, told my mates before the game that it would turn unnecessarily physical and that we would get jack shit from him!
Re disallowed goal we had 3 onside players jumped right in front of keeper and I think the keeper panicked - thought the ref had given it at first!

And surprise surprise, people aren't just saying he was useless, but that he was useless because he gave us nothing. It's funny isn't it, how you never see a ref being criticised on here for being shite because he gave Sunderland everything.

It's almost like football fans are biased, or something.
