Ref last night

Some would say Jobe should've been the false 9 and not Pritchard who hasn't really got the legs to apply the quick press as the most advanced player. There's also the argument that Roberts should've started ahead of Ba.
Overall though that's being uber critical. I've got no complaints with his tactics and how the lads implemented the game plan.

Edit.

Ignore me.
I'm on about Dodds tactics on a ref thread.
Where's the coffee ☕😂

I was getting very confused tbh, I know we didn't notice the ref but I did think Dodds had enough on his plate without reffing too.

You tell me? So I have just agreed he had a good game, and you are here telling me he isnt that good every week :) You need help

You need help. Of course he won't be that good every week. You seem to think because he was good last night the rest should be good every game. It's like watching a player score a hat-trick then wondering why they can't do it every game

Rob, you are ridiculous in your defence of refs, so, how many bad games do they have before they have a good one? A lot of them are not good enough, if you cant see that, well, as I said seek help

Helped that we had two teams playing football with little cheating and time wasting.
It wasn’t the match I was expecting at all!
Having not played them for a good while, and having the “dirty Leeds” tag from the ‘70s imprinted on my brain, I thought we were in for a rough ride.
Instead, it was an open, flowing game with both teams trying to win, helped by the referee who booked a couple of their defenders for fouls when we were through on goal - and I can only recall the Luke O’Nien booking for us. I thought it was the best refereed match I have watched in ages.
Well deserved three points.
(Hope Seelt wasn’t injured, as I thought he played really well)
