Anybody been a part of one of these? Seems a bit cultish to me, but the gym itself looks pretty good.

A few of my pals do crossfit at Whitley Bay.
Every session ends in a shirtless photo on facey (lasses keep tops on )
They love it and do press up competitions in leisure centres every Saturday.

Most of the gyms (boxes) will have taster sessions. I've been to a couple and they were £5 for a class. It's worth having a look

That’s fair enough mate and the training itself would maybe be interesting although I’m not sure - plus I wouldn’t mind having an additional social circle. But the idea of topless photos and push up competitions etc just doesn’t excite me and IMO doesn’t indicate I’d get on with those people

Also if it’s the gym I’m thinking of the equipment is class. All calibrated eleiko plates and that!
