Hmmm not so sure. I had mine 2 months, then the motherboard fried. Lenovo customer service was terrible as well.

Why didn't you go back to the place you bought it? It's their legal responsibility, not lenovo

Eventually got it repaired by them, the process of getting them to actually acknowledge my complaint was painful, tokk a couple of months. I got it back 3 days after I sent it though.

I’ve just had my laptop stolen, so need a new one, it’s used for accounts, payroll, Microsoft office etc, no games.

budget mac £600 but would prefer less than £500 it needs to start up quickly!

I bought a Lenovo-I wouldn't recommend them tbh - it's probably the worst product I've ever bought -very slow, battery life shite and it's falling apart.

MacBook. I wouldn't buy anything else.

That's really shit, pleased you go it sorted eventually, but its a good headsup for anyone else thinking of buying direct from them.

Where have people found the best sites for buying laptops online, in terms of choice and price? Is it still Laptopsdirect?
