but on the flip side, already relegated, pressure off. At this moment in time, with Chelsea, the mags and Everton to come, I wouldn't want Reading within 4 points of us

Irrespective of the result today, our league position will worsen over the next 2 games. Highly likely we will be in the bottom 3 come Everton, certainly after it.
Stoke and Soton are our season breakers. If we take 1 point from the next 3 then that will help.

not sure there's a right answer- lets wait and see and put a positive spin on it

anything we get from the next 2 will be a bonus, that's why I don't want anyone currently below us to pick up a point. I'm more concerned about them catching us than I am confident of us overtaking the likes of Southampton or Stoke. Months without a win has driven me to that.

oh and I'm a pessimistic cunt

lets go for a draw then...keeps reading in the shit and even if southampton are almost safe it keeps them hungry for games against other threatened sides

im honestly looking at the mags game as a big game, but imo our huge game is everton...win that and we have the impetus and belief, lose it, along with the projected return from the previous two games and you wonder where the points will come from

reading win as them and qpr are down already they both realistically need 15 out of 21 to stay up so absolutely no chance of that.

A southampton defeat keeps them in the mix a win and there out of it.

including us

Southampton to be safe before they play us might be the best thing to happen for us

You know you're watching a good game when, 14 minutes in, you've had more shots than the two teams playing.
