Ive heard of these instances before and its the building owner that gets the blame.

I'm no expert but certainly I've seen very similar articles where the baddie comes out compensated if the place is open yet unsafe.

this is sadly the case, similarly if a building site isn’t left secure and someone sneaks in and injures themselves
Realistically it’s their own stupid fault but the site has to answer the questions
