"RAWA Questions" Forum

What is required in order for the administrators to create a new forum called "RAWA Questions".

Hopefully the purpose of the proposed forum is self explanatory.
 


Technically it isn't difficult, not sure RAWA would want us doing this here though, I assume they'd want to do things through their own website.
 
This forum would be for SMB members to raise their questions & comments to be raised by SMB delegates to RAWA.

No actual involvement by RAWA whatsoever.

Will the admin be creating the forum "RAWA Questions"? Cheers.
