stating they made no plans, then saying you cant plan for 150k supporters.
Unless you were on the council you wouldnt know that apart from tabloid speculation and news reports.

the basic gist of it is, if your set didnt go on like a rampaging bunch of neanderthalic morons it wouldnt have been a problem, unfortunately your lot decided they would make it a home from home and trash the place then subsequently blame the council for not having things planned, they had bars open for you, huge screens so you could watch it and still they went on the f***ing rampage

:lol::lol::cool:

Not yet and even if they do go into liquidation the SFA can still vote them back into the Premier League.

You're right of course, the creditors' meeting is Thursday. But with HMRC's decision known today, it's a formality.

The SFA don't run the SPL, though. Only the other SPL members can vote on that. And as far as I can see, there won't be a newco to cast a vote upon for some time yet.

I never said that. I said you can't plan for 150,000 supporters in the space of 7 days.

you said they made no plans despite telling people not to travel without tickets...you and thousands of others did.

You then said why make plans for people who arent welcome, it comes back to the initial point above, they wouldnt have needed to form a plan for 150,000 Rangers fans if they had heeded advice, what makes Rangers fans an exemption to this?

As i said, they opened bars, they erected huge screens for the Fans to watch on, generally hospitable despite the fact you shouldnt have been there in the first place.

Yet because Rangers fans who cant handle their drink went on the warpath and smashed windows, threw chairs at police, pissed in the streets and fought amongst themselves its the fault of Manchester council who bent over backwards to accommodate 150,000 people who again i will Stress shouldnt have been there.
Take some f***ing responsibility for some of your fans actions or are Rangers the Scottish Liverpool?
Always the victim never the aggressor.

The SFA have the final say on Rangers future but you are correct the SPL would have to vote them back in.

true and until a deal is done with the liquidator/receiver any newco will not have a ground or training facilities. worse still if a property developer puts in the best offer for the ground and or training complex they could be flattened for housing

Either way its highly possible that a newco will have to do a ground share next season what ever league they are allocated to

Isn't one or a couple of the stands at Rangers listed buildings?

eh? the clubs outside the old firm are minuscule in comparison to the Old Firm. I thought that was commonly accepted?

they had NOTHING planned until 7 days beforehand. You can't plan for 150k football fans in 7 days. It's not possible.

That's all I'm saying about Manchester.

So they have hosted european football finals, the commonwealth games etc but when 'the peeeeeepul' come to town they are clueless, fuck off.

I suspect we'll see a Cowdenbetah/Clyde Rangers playing in division 3 until the ownership issues at Ibrox are sorted. Like Fiorentina and Fiorentina Viola.
