Confidence dropping, poor form throughout an extremely young side, a lad who may know bugger all about English football and this division in particular? Are we in so much trouble we need to take a risk at this point in the season. I'm a safety first type of bloke when it comes to such decisions. :)

Are you talking about big Ralph here? He spent about 3 or 4 year managing Southampton up until last year.
 
Lined up should the club decide to part ways with Tony Mowbray.

Mainly a joke about me being cautious and the trendy young manager comments on here, although not having watched a single minute of Southampton's struggles it's true to say I've nivver heard of him. :)
