I'm often up there fishing, not so much for skate as I find it a tad boring, and tiring if I'm honest. Last few times I was off the shore spinning and stuff for smaller species. Small carp rod and nail a few pollack, decent enough..

The lads I used to go to Africa with do Thailand every year for the big catfish and aripimer (excuse the spelling) and said they bumped into him a couple of times. Nice bloke by all accounts.
