They were young and stupid. Their original name was actually Mighty Joe Young but there was already a band named that. Some friends and I actually met them after one of their San Diego shows before they were signed as one of our friend's band was playing with them. I have to admit I didn't think they were very good at the time.
Sooty and Sweep got away with it for years.

I was her caseworker when I worked in Prison Service Lifer Group back in the 90's. She was on the out then and I was caught up in the publish her book for profit maelstrom. I'm retired now so they can't sack me for mentioning it.
It was also my mam's name before she got married.
