Wipeout is very good, once you can get used to the motion sickness, it gives the game more depth. Battlezone is good too. I stuck video clips of my attempts at these on a couple of posts earlier this year.
I am a big fan Star Trek Bridge Crew, really good laugh as you usually have to Play with four people.
Firewall Zero Hero is canny, especially if you have the move controller gun.
There are a few other games I have heard are good haven’t got round to getting them, Residential Evil Biohazard, Batman Arkham, Astrobot Rescue Mission.
There are also some good free games on the Playstation Store ie Call Of Duty Jackal Assault.
If it comes with VR Worlds, play The London Heist. I freaking loved that! For a free game, Rec Room is a good laugh too.
Moss and Rush of Blood for paid games and also Batman Arkham VR (wouldn't pay more than a tenner for that one though). If you have the regular PS4 (not the pro version), I'd avoid Skyrim, graphics aren't great for motion sickness.
Without moves - Astro bot, wipeout, resident evil, headmaster, mossany recommendations for games?
I’ve just set mine up again and I’m bang into it tbh. Loads of short, fun games for £3-£8 on the ps store, loads of vr videos on YouTube, and I’ve started watching 3D Blu-rays on it, which is amazing.Guessing this was just another shit gimmick like every other reiteration of VR then.

It’s not a life-changer, granted, but it’s far from a shit gimmick, and I’d say we’re only a few iterations away from proper vr stuff....just need to iron out some issues and streamline the headset and input methods....too many wires atm.
Is the resolution not really shitty on these? I tried watching some films on it and turned it off because the resolution was so poor. Also sitting there for that long with the headset on is a pain too. Its decent but there's a long way to go with it before I'd buy again. Just happy I was able to sell mine before the big price drop.[/QUOTE ]
I thought it was fine. Certainly as good as being at the cinema. Obviously it’s a pretty solitary endeavour, but when missus is out with her mates and I have the house to myself it’s ideal, and I still haven’t worked out how to get porn on it, so Blu-rays will have to do.

That's my view, we just aren't there yet but once we do it will be brilliant. The resolution needs to be upped to 4k on both eyes I reckon. Once they can do that it'll be superb and some games are good now. Moss looks brilliant on it
This, its just too much of a fuck on to get it all setup, really needs to be wirelessThe screen door effect ruins movies for me I think- doesnt help games sometimes either.
The main issue with PSVR for me though is the effort needed to set it up. A busy family house with one TV set up is not ideal as it means I have to unbox, set everything up with the wires etc- once ive done that I have little appetite to play much.

My eyesight must be shite as I’ve only ever noticed the screen door effect on loading screens that go that sort of dusty grey colour, as soon as graphics are there I can’t see any meshing effect. The screen door effect ruins movies for me I think- doesnt help games sometimes either.
