Hard to disagree mate. Have deffo discovered CCR in later years. Only really knew of Bad Moon Rising off Werewolf in London. In my top 5 of all time now along with The Boss, The Who, Fleetwood Mac and Billy Joel

He was on tour in the UK a couple of months ago.

Was just listening to some CCR yesterday. Travelin` Band just epitomises the spirit and passion of Rock music and that vocal by Fogherty is faultless

Solomon Burke: One of the very best singers I have ever seen. His voice could make you want to cry one minute and jump up with joy the next. What an absolute wonderful performer. So sad that a few weeks later he died.

Im not being critical of The Boss at all, but I find it difficult that he in the global megastar bracket while Fogerty (who was in some respects his direct predecessor) isn’t.
