Proof of a positive test?

I tested positive in September and got the text telling me to self-isolate, then completed the on-line track & trace forms.
Today I got a call from our HR department asking me for proof that I had covid, I told them I had the text on my phone so they asked me to screenshot or forward it to them. The thing is when I've looked for it I can't find it, I must have deleted it. Any idea how I'm going to get some sort of proof?

Get an antibody test.

Someone can send you the text transcript , with your name, then just save the number as NHS.

Wonder why they want it though - I didn't even take any time off work as I just worked from home.

Protocol i would think. I can only imaging how many have swung the lead over this.
