You seem to be from a family of biophysic defying gene-freaks mate, very impressive. How do you know your muscle mass hasn't changed at all by the way? Because I'm sure the world of bodybuilding in particular would be very eager to hear about this extremely low calorie diet that allows for 100% muscle retention.


This. 1000 calories a day and you are going to lose a hell of a lot of muscle. Talking from experience and I didn't drop near the 1000 calories a day mark. Simply isn't worth it, but good luck as I say.
 


At 14 st exactly which is canny considering I've only played football once, gym twice and had an hour's swim this week.

2 pounds lost - if I can keep this rate up, I will reach where I want to be by my holidays.
