Take it none of the people twisting never had a yoyo, a tamagotchi, furby, pogs or any of the other 000's of trends over the years?
Bairn wanted a bottle so he didnt feel left out and could say that he'd tried it. After had it said it wasnt all that and not been bothered since really
Those rubber Aliens in a plastic egg case things.![]()
The thing is it's not just kids there grown adults doing this too it's pathetic.Take it none of the people twisting never had a yoyo, a tamagotchi, furby, pogs or any of the other 000's of trends over the years?

Exactly. And the lie if you put two together. People have short memories
I'm trying to think of what we all went mad for in the 80s, I distinctly remember stuff like Garbage pail kids cards, but not drinks (used to love one called Quattro or summat but didn't have to fight old men to get itI guess because of social media the frenzy over them is easier to see, meanwhile back in the 90's all we had was a potential video clip of queues on the news.
You'll be labelled as being a thickie dreg of society for buying your child a drink.Take it none of the people twisting never had a yoyo, a tamagotchi, furby, pogs or any of the other 000's of trends over the years?

Big difference in things you can play with or collect & a bottle of water

Aye naf naf and OP (ocean Pacific), la gear but it was British knights before thatAre they simply not buying it for their kids?
Still a trend. Kids are continuing to use the bottles but just putting juice in. Different flavours. Been others in the past and will be more in the future
Mate rang yesterday whilst he was doing his shop asked if my son had tried the lolly pop flavour. Told him he hadnt. Said no worries, ill get him a bottle and drop it off later. No waiting in lines, clambering over other people, fiddling with cats or voting for matt hancock.
Yeah exactly. Remember seeing grown adults appearing on kids tv shows showing off yoyo tricks. Awful people. How dare my mam at the time buying me a pro-yo for about £12 and then me wanting one with the clutch in so it spins better
I was a 90s kid. Were nafnaf jackets/jumpers a thing?
First fad i remember were LA gear trainers with lights in
Flavoured "sugar-free" drink. Basically water with some coconut water and a few different flavourings. Marketed as a healthier than energy drinksWhat exactly is it? I've seen the fuss but don't understand what it is.
