Have you tried using Chrome?

I was using Chrome - the problem arises when they ring you.

Anyone else had bother with the new 2 factor authorisation system?

They ring you to confirm it’s you logging on, then you have to press # but it doesn’t register it and makes you try again….and again.

I googled it on bing and found it’s a known issue and all you can do is ‘try again later’.

Yes, it’s useless. I rang them and they advised me to use chrome. I did and it did work unlike Firefox.

Using Chrome and they rang me, as explained above.

Used Edge on my work laptop and they sent me an OTP code. So, got sorted eventually.
