Pre season predictions you got wrong

Prem..City (still possible)
League 1..Cardiff (will finish 2nd )
League 2..Walsall (gave me a run early on)
BUT
championship..WBA...... how wrong did I get that.
 

- thought Brentford would struggle
- thought Norwich would be top 6
- thought hull would be bottom 6
- thought Bristol rovers would get promoted
 
City to win the Prem League, Ipswich win Championship, Leeds, Burnley, Brentford, Sunderland bottom 4. I don't bet, thank God.
 
Don’t recall having a single pre season prediction. I just remember being excited for our premier league return and being itching for the west ham match.
 
Actually fancied Burnley to stick and a style of football that catches the Prem off guard and it turned out we were the surprise package.... I was worried about the Mags kicking on and amusingly they have gone backwards. Spurs nobody saw that and football is always a hard predictor.

True about spurs but then they did finish 4th bottom last season so is it really a major shock to see them one place lower when 2 of the promoted sides are doing ok for a change?.

Was about to say this. They finished 17th last season, it’s not a great surprise they’re down there again.

Liverpool would win the league

Relegation Burnley , Brentford and Bournemouth

Throughout the season until recently Coventry would bottle it, more hope than owt else.

Also I don't think I have backed us to win any games apart from Burnley away🤣.

I certainly see your point but a top half side has a bad season and generally bounces back up the table.... I watched the Spurs game and you can see why they are struggling and bad recruitment is evident and contrast with a very good Villa side.
