Potter and Lampard

Reputations going up every week as "world class" Pochettino does an even worse job than the pair of them, having spent even more than they did?

Lampard  he looked lost at Chelsea and appalling at Everton.
Old "Super Frank" did a reasonable job when taking over from The Spanish Waiter. Seemed to galvanise the players and crowd for a period, but sadly (for both parties) went on to show that top class players don't always cut the mustard as managers. Potter, in my humble opinion, was never cut out to deal with the chaos that is Chelski FC.
Let's face it, if Lampard's Everton had played Lampard's Chelsea today, they'd both have lost.
HaHaHaha!! GOLD!!!

Yep, I think it was a step up too soon for Potter but surely nobody holds it against him as post-Abramovich Chelsea is a poisoned chalice on a par with the United job these days (seems no coincidence they both have clueless American owners).

Dyche seems to be proving at your place now that the job he did at Burnley wasn't a one-off, and putting the big name chancers who came before him to shame.

I think it's more than just the manager at Chelsea that's the problem, the owner will think he's a genius for the way they've structured the transfers but they've just lumbered themselves with shite players for a long time.

While clubs a mess, they’ve not looked remotely competent under anyone since Boehly took over suggesting more to it than just the managers being the wrong fit over last 18 months or so

Man United are a shambles off the pitch and have made some honking managerial appointments over last decade but most of them usually at least put the odd decent run together, been nowt like that at Chelsea lately
