A step beyond for me on my iPhone to insert images etc

Post images, select photo, copy direct link come back on here and hit the 3 vertical dots next to smiley then upload into "mountain box" when it shows insert and post. More detail in a stickyThanks for your efforts but i admit defeat!

Thanks for your patience and tutorial but I’m clearly not up to it. Copied the link , then tried to insert and the above crap appeared.
Losing my rag now, this IPhone is on dodgy ground! I’ll have ask my son if he can help.

Not used an iPhone mesel marra but an old bassa who learnt how to do it thanks to sticky on an android
