Might never have left the sorting office. I was doing a job near to front door last year, heard the letterbox open and shortly afterwards went to pick up post and found a missed delivery card.

I wish their communication was better. I'm sick of asking for parcels to be left in a safe place. Always have to trudge off to the depot to collect. I asked there and the lad looked at me like I'd asked the most complicated thing. I just want to nominate a safe place. His reply was 'speak to your postie about it'. I never see him!
