When you book there and get a discount, they often apply a different discount code to your booking.
I used SAFC15 earlier in the year and went back on to add a couple of extra hours as we would be getting there early.
When I selected "Manage My Booking" SAFC15 had gone as the code and was replaced by something like TYNE437 (cant remember, sorry).
So, if someone has a current booking and logs back on they should see and example of a current discount code.

What site are you making these booking from and where is the code entered? I did some searching and there are loads of sites out there.

Just ring them direct and quote one of those codes and they'll do it over the phone.
