Anyone down Roker this afternoon and notice about ten police just down bank from Tim of sardines bar , one bloke sitting on pavement and police talking to him, still going on when passed half hour later , 2 vans and 3 cars , seemed OTT response for one bloke , anyone know what was happening?

Hopefully it was something minor after the piss taking on here.
