What's odd, is that it seems every f***ing county have signed a new player ready to face us
.Kent did it with Yasir Shah, these did it with Tahir at their place, Leicestershire did it with Ajmal Shahzad.......
Mental.
Anyway, he was playing for our 2's but he's obviously going to jump at the chance of playing four games of First Class cricket and the opportunity to earn himself a contract for next season.

That is quite bizarre.
Just seen Carberry is being loaned to Leicestershire for thr end of the season anarl. Whilst still playing for hampshite for finals day, which shouldn't be allowed imo
That's just f***ing stupid. I'm not in favour of loans between clubs anyway - unless it's for massive injury cover.
The whole Sibley/Clarke thing was ridiculous - even though that's slightly different because it's a permanent move.

don't begrudge the loans but not the halfy/halfys.
pretty sure it was that baldy off spinner who played a bit for england, forget his name, but he was loaned between kent and sussex for the 4 day stuff then went back for the one days and played against the team he was loaned to... that sort of thing just makes a mockery of the competitions
