Real Time with Bill Maher - its just the audio feed from his friday night hbo show.

Busy listening to The History of Rome (I'm a history geek). It's superb
wwii history?

check out 'we have ways of making you talk', which is al murray & james holland talking all things second world war. its by goal hanger films (one of gary linekers kids) & has the same kind of format as the behind close doors one. if you like lineker & baker you should like this.

I say this every time we have a podcast thread but The Beef and Dairy Network is the funniest thing I’ve ever listened to.

Dan Snow’s History podcast is really good. Great range of stuff. A History of the World in 100 objects and 50 Things that made the modern economy are also really good.

And if anyone hasn’t listened to either Serial (ignore season 2) or S-town, then you should.

I listen to the following:

That Peter Crouch Podcast: Crouch is good crack, the other two are alright. I'm an ambassador and they sent me a t-shirt so this must be top of the list.

Quickly Kevin, Will He Score?: Podcast about 90's football, some great interviews and the Steve Bruce novel episodes with Ivo Graham are outstanding

Roker Rapport: Mainly the interviews, the preview shows when they have an opposition fan on.

Wise Men Say: Prefer this one for discussing Sunderland, not really sure why.

Guardian Football Weekly: Mainly Premier League, Champions League and International football discussion with Max Rushden, Barry Glendenning (MLF) and a selection of journalists.

Think I might partake in a few of the ones mentioned here also

Joe Rogan is mostly great, depending on the guest.

My Dad wrote a porno is awful.

Parapod is decent but I stopped listening.

David Tennant
I want to listen to this but I'm not keen on most of the people he's with! Catherine Tait for eg.

I couldn't get away with S-town. And although Serial paved the way for many others I thought In The Dark series 1 was outstanding.
