Players that wasted careers.

Always thought he played more - Just a quick google search bought up this -

During his period at Chelsea, the club attempted to sell Bogarde due to his large salary, and demoted him to the reserve and youth teams in an effort to force him to leave. In response to press criticism, he responded: 'This world is about money, so when you are offered those millions you take them. Few people will ever earn so many. I am one of the few fortunates who do. I may be one of the worst buys in the history of the Premiership but I don't care.

Those last few lines
We've had dozens who would fit into that last sentence . How many of the current crop of losers give a shit ?

Still played regularly and broke records - kinda fails to meet the criteria at the start but nice wum attempt.

Your shit banter was already taken by someone else.
They might be winding you up but you have to agree to an extent. He was a great player and could have won every trophy possible had he went to Man Utd which is surely the aim as a footballer?

George Connelly, Celtic. Came through with Dalglish, McGrain and Macari and looked on as having as much promise as them. Couldnt hack it and went off to be an hgv driver i think.
Billy Kenny? One for the resident Evertonians on here?

Yeah, turned to alcohol as well. It's a really sad story, hopefully he's back on the straight and narrow now.

Michel Vorm has pissed a promising career away to sit on the bench at Spurs. I know he plays the cup games now but he could be playing regular football for a top ten PL side.

Asmir Begovic for me. He said he wanted a new challenge, what a waste!

Sad really. He definitely had his issues...

"In February 2012 Johnson was arrested for drink driving when police in Manchester city centre pulled him over and breathalysed him. While on bail for this offence, he was arrested again following a crash in the early hours in Trafford. Then again on June 2012 Johnson was arrested on suspicion of drink driving at the scene of a collision after he crashed his Mercedes into a parked car while travelling to his girlfriend's house in Urmston. In September 2012 he was fined a total of £5,500 for all three offences by Manchester Magistrates Court.

In an interview with the Manchester Evening News following his release from Manchester City, he revealed that he that had been under treatment for several years by The Priory Clinic for mental health problems. Johnson added that he "would be grateful if I could now be left alone to live the rest of my life."

In January 2015, Johnson opened his own estate agent's business in his hometown of Urmston."

Went to see Dulwich Hamlet against Billericay yesterday. Jamie O'Hara was playing centre mid for Billericay. Fattest cunt on the pitch by a distance.
